Chocolate Chai Tea Shake

A great pre work out shake
Equipment:
Blender
Liquid measure cup
Measuring spoons
Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 cups chai tea
2. 1/2 cup dairy free milk
3. 1 scoop chocolate soy protein powder
4. 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (optional)
5. 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions:
Brew and chill chai tea
Add all ingridents to a blender and blitz
Enjoy
