Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Equipment:
Blender
Dry measuring cups
Liquid measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Large mixing bowl
Rubber spatula
Whisk
Non stick spray
Muffin tin
Ingredients:
DRY
1. 2 Cups flour
2. 1 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
3. 1/2 Teaspoon salt
4. 1 Cup sugar
5. 1/4 Cup coco powder
WET
1. 1/3 Cup oil
2. 4 bananas
3. 1/4 Cup water
4. 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
FOLD IN LAST
1. 1 Cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Oven 350F
Combine all DRY ingredients in large mixing bowl, use whisk to ensure evenly mixed
Blend all of the WET ingredients until complexity emulsified
With a rubber spatula , fold together both wet and dry ingridents in large mixing bowl
Fold in the cocolate chips
Spoon out mixture into greased muffin tin using a 1/4 dry measuring cup
Bake at 350F for 20 mintues, use toothpick test and contuine with intervals of 5 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
Cool muffins and remove from muffin tin
